In Museum Satwa, we could see many displays of animals from prehistoric to all animals around the world. Joining the quiz with my brother on one of the exhibits, I was so lucky to win a cap as a gift for being the fastest team to answer the question given. I was very happy to win such a gift. I wore the cap throughout the journey during the holiday (please look at the nice cap I wore in the picture below).
In Batu Secret Zoo, I saw many live and exotic animals from all over the world. There were lemur, white tigers, white lions, leopards, cheetahs, capybara, zebras, wildebeests, bisons, flamingos, anacondas to name just a few.
The most fun part is when we rode a truck for a mini safari where we fed animals directly from the truck. The animals got so closed to our face when we fed them. It was really a fun experience. Too bad, we did not prepare enough food for the animals.
There is a bird park in Green Eco Park where you could find a lot of birds all over the world. It was raining very heavily when we were at Green Eco Park so we had to wear a raincoat all the times. We also watched a mini 3D telling story about Hanuman, a Hindu God who fights against Ravana, the demon king. An Up Side Down House was also very interesting exhibit to visit. You would enter a house where all the things were put upside down. The sofa and chairs were hanging on the ceiling as we entered the house. It was a very tiring day for us but we had so much fun. I forgot to mention about the price of the entrance ticket. The entrance ticket costs us Rp. 175,000 per person for two days where you could visit Jatim Park 2 as well as Jatim Park 1. I think the price of the ticket was very reasonable considering all the places we could see and visit.
